  I have had a problem with sensitive intestines for years now. I started taking 2 capsules per day and in combination with a more careful diet, it has helped me a lot (e.g. nausea has stopped, bloating and gas have decreased by about 80% and I am still in the first week, and I eat much more comfortably without digestive discomfort).
