It is good for sores in difficult areas, also it does not have an unpleasant sensation/taste, but I consider Pyralvex to be faster/more effective.

Effective just like the Aftamed gel I used before - it immediately relieves the pain from canker sores, without any stinging. The best part is that it works on canker sores that are inside the mouth or on the tongue, where the gel cannot stick to take effect.
