The work "Collective Labor Relations" is a modern, fully updated manual on the critical and current field of collective labor law, with the latest legislative, jurisprudential, and bibliographic developments. The "Collective Labor Relations" are structured into three major chapters:

The first chapter examines and analyzes trade union freedom, specifically its organization and forms of exercise. Special emphasis is placed on the analysis of trade union organizations of employees, their types (primary, secondary, tertiary, federations, labor centers, federations), while a special section presents employer trade unionism, especially through the professional organizations of Law 1712/1987.

The second chapter, which concerns collective autonomy and the resolution of collective labor disputes, thoroughly analyzes, on the one hand, the law of collective labor contracts (CLCs), with all current issues (flow, extension, amendment, operational CLCs), and on the other hand, the institutions of mediation and arbitration, as well as conciliation within the framework of the OMEP.

Finally, in the third chapter, which refers to the law of labor conflicts, the law of strikes is comprehensively presented in all its manifestations, both in the private sector and in the public sector, while a special sub-unit is dedicated to the issue of counter-strikes.
