The cooler from Deepcool is active, which means it uses a fan to reduce the processor's temperature. With just 21dB of noise, this cooler makes minimal noise and won't distract you. It has a 130W TDP. To properly operate the cooler, its wattage performance should be at least equal to the processor's Thermal Design Power (TDP). This will also help with the noise generated by the cooler's fan, as it won't reach its limits. A cooler with a lower TDP than the processor's may be less effective, noisy, and could potentially reduce the lifespan and performance of your processor.

It comfortably cools an AMD Ryzen 9 3900. Easy to install, but it requires a lot of pressure to attach it to the motherboard base, it comes with pre-applied thermal paste. It makes minimal noise, much less than the fan that the Intel cooler had for the previous i7.
For 20 € that I bought it, it's great. I had difficulty installing it since it required a lot of force to attach it to my motherboard. I have it on a RYZEN 5 2600. In terms of performance, it's not bad, although it could be better if it had more aluminum fins, but it would cost an extra 10 € or so.
First time I dealt with coolers and I wanted an economical and as beautiful as possible one for the window on the PC.
It dropped from 35 degrees to 31 in idle from the stock I had, nothing crazy.
But during gaming hours, where the stock would reach 80, with this one it stays constantly around +-55.
Personally, I am very satisfied, especially considering that its price is 30 euros, with a large LED fan and 3 heat pipes.
I was surprised by the cooler itself, as its fins are somewhat thin and it seems like they don't require much effort to bend.
Overall, though, it's very reliable, recommended!
P.S. After a month, I realized that the fan makes quite a bit of noise, a clicking sound, it may have been there from the beginning and I hadn't noticed. It's not loud, but if you want absolute silence, it will be heard a little. You get what you pay for.
