For now, everything works fine. I didn't need to make ANY adjustments for my TV, an LG from 2016. I put in batteries and ALL the buttons work. Some are in different positions than the old one.
After 4 months of use: the only small flaw is that sometimes some buttons respond as if they have been pressed twice, for example, it goes up 2 channels.

I bought it to replace the 2 original LG remote controls (AKB72915217 and AKB72914209) for two old (non-Smart) decade-old TVs at home. It worked perfectly with both TVs right away. It is considerably smaller and much lighter compared to the original LG remotes, but its construction, although lightweight, is relatively good. It has a comfortable grip and, combined with its smaller size, it suits me better compared to the bulky sizes of the LG remote controls. The buttons have a satisfactory size, large numbers and indicators, and all the commands are available, even for smart TVs, and most importantly, they have a very good feel when pressed (for me, better than the LG counterparts). Overall, despite its low price, it does not give the impression of being cheaply made, although it is not of exceptional quality.
With the previous LG remote controls, although their buttons worked, I had annoying range problems from the beginning. Well, the range of this particular one is excellent. I no longer need to be right in front of the TV to change channels, and in the overwhelming majority of cases, the command goes through immediately to the TV.
A very good product, especially for the price of about 5 euros, I see no reason for someone to buy an original LG remote control instead of this one. I did not expect it to be so good with a cost of 5 euros. The only thing left is to see if it will also be durable over time.
UPDATE: 3-6-2020: It continues to work perfectly without any problems. Not only does it work well with old TVs, but also with a 2019 Smart LG TV
