    The rope is not flexible at all as a material.
    It takes time to shorten it, it's a whole process. There is no special mechanism.
    It is not suitable for quick jumps.

    Rubber rope, ideal for heavy rope exercises. I would not recommend it for those who prefer fast jumps or to perform skills. There is also a problem with untangling the rope, which cannot be solved with hot water like PVC ropes
