Creator Susan Lordi says that each Willow Tree figurine represents an emotion or signifies a memory, a moment in time. 

The Willow Tree figurine collection has been created to express those emotions that most of us want to convey. 

For our friends, our family, our teachers, for all those who are close to us, but also far away. The original of each Willow figurine is carved and sculpted by Susan Lordi, who uses a special sculpting clay. Susan's originals are then sent to a factory to produce replicas in synthetic resin molds. The resin is solidified, and each piece is hand-painted (the paint does not contain lead).
