It is a well-balanced Boltadaki.
Its use is to help in a point where the knives for peeling can get stuck and damage them so that you can proceed.
Of course, it is a lightweight boltas that if forced on a hard bone, it may break.Translated from Greek ·- Handle stability

Did you find this review helpful?Like all cheap tools, here we have a product that requires some work to be usable. It is necessary to file and/or sand the edges, excluding the blade, so that they are not sharp and do not cause injuries. Since we are using sandpaper, it is also good to give a pass on the wooden handle to make it smooth and prevent any splinters. Finally, oil it with a little olive oil for protection against oxidation and nourishment of the wood. It could do without these awful rivets, but they are just minor flaws. It is definitely not a good knife, but for its price and with the above modifications, it can be transformed into a useful tool before you get something better.
