An excellent book that is addressed to all runners regardless of their level. Personally, I read it and it helped me a lot in my first steps. One can read it all at once, like a literary book, or read each chapter separately depending on their goal. A book that every runner should have in their library!
It is definitely not one of those things you read and then forget in the library. Personally, it has helped me a lot because I don't need to constantly search for information from various sources (internet), the accuracy of which is not always guaranteed. Finally, personally it helped me a lot in injury prevention as it presents a multitude of exercises - instructions for strengthening the muscular system and relieving tired muscles from exercise (I know several people who are involved in various sports such as football who have bought it for strengthening exercises and not only). It is a comprehensive "tool" that should accompany every amateur and not just athletes.

I bought this particular book even though I considered the cost high. I can confidently tell you that it is worth it in the end, as it is objectively an expensive edition in terms of the quality of the paper and the pages it has, but on the other hand, it is a book that analyzes many things in depth.
