- Cutting should always be done on a wooden or plastic cutting surface
- Do not expose the blade to heat or direct flame
- Do not use the knives on frozen foods or for opening containers
- When cutting acidic foods such as lemons, oranges, tomatoes, etc., it is good to wash the blade immediately because it is made of stainless steel which contains a small percentage of carbon (for proper sharpening and greater durability over time), therefore the blade may stain if not cleaned
- Hand cleaning is preferable, but if it is put in the dishwasher, it is good to dry it with a soft cloth immediately after washing
