Very nice!! It locks well and doesn't leak! The straw is soft and follows the movements of the cup!!! Even when lying down, the baby can drink from it!
The negative thing is that there are no replacement straws to change only the straw at 6 months and not the whole cup!
Update: It remains troublesome to clean, so I deduct 1 star, but I add 2 more stars because although it may not be suitable for water, it is suitable for milk and my child has been drinking from it exclusively from 15 months old until now, at 2.5 years old!
I consider it very troublesome to clean and my little one doesn't want to drink from it! We will stick to the Twistshake cup with a straw, I am very satisfied with it, I haven't found a better one so far.
It retains odors, does not clean easily, and after a short period of use, it starts to leak. Perhaps the rubber bands loosen, there are more high-quality and affordable options available
Value for money. The truth is that it doesn't easily suck up water, but if you poke it with a pin in the straw, it works fine.
UPDATE: Don't poke it! It has a nylon bag in the weight inside the bottle. Remove it and the child will suck just fine.
The pen broke quite easily and there are no replacements. However, it is very convenient in size and the weight is very useful, so I will choose it again.
Two children learned to suck on the straw from the first time at 6 months. Also, due to the low flow, it helped them until 9 months to stop using the bottle
I saw the very good reviews and I bought it. The child, while drinking from other cups with a straw (13 months old), cannot suck from this straw. Neither can I. Unless we received a defective one
It does not leak at all, it locks with a "click" and can be used by the child even inside the crib, without ruining everything. This is the third one we have purchased. The little one had the smaller one and now that she is 2 years old, we got this one with the larger capacity.
My daughter has been using it successfully since the first day. The only negative thing is that it doesn't have a replacement tip.
Very good. Resistant to falls. The straw does not leak at all. It requires "strength" to suck the baby.
It easily drips, easy plastic for grip for small hands. I do not consider it worth its money.
My 8-month-old daughter struggled a lot to drink water, while she drank comfortably from another brand. I chose it because it has the weight in the nipple, unlike the Avent one we have. But I couldn't drink from it either. The downside is that it doesn't have replacement nipples. So it has a short lifespan.
Perfect!!! We stopped being afraid that it would get wet in every attempt to drink, but also when moving it from where it sits and plays.
Very good! Definitely worth it. Perfect that the straw has the weight and no matter how you hold it, you can drink.
The child almost cut a piece off because he was biting it hard, I can't find a replacement straw, so we are talking about a product that has a lifespan of 2 months
Terrible! Even though it has a brush for the straw, if you put anything other than water inside (e.g. milk, juice), it doesn't clean at all and then the child can't suck from the straw! I threw it away!
Very good and it doesn't leak at all, if you attach the straw correctly inside the lid. The weight at the bottom of the straw helps the child drink and hold it properly.
As a cup, it is nice, especially the straw inside that rotates depending on how the child turns it. Also, it doesn't leak if it is turned upside down because the straw also rotates inside... However, it was so difficult to suck at first.... I couldn't even suck, because of the protective membrane inside.. So, I took a pin and scratched it a little in hopes that the membrane would open somehow... After that, I can say that it sucked more easily than before..
The purchase was a disaster. Even I have a hard time sucking from the straw, let alone my little one... and she is only 20 months old! The most unsuccessful purchase.
Very good! The little one, 13 months old, found it on the first try, after other failed attempts with other sippy cups with or without a straw. The only drawback is cleaning the straw (difficult)
Easy to use! It also includes a special cleaning brush for the straw. The straw is made of silicone, so it is flexible and does not hurt the child's gums.
We got it when the baby was twelve months old because whatever we had tried before, he couldn't drink on his own as we had to lift it for him every time. With this cup, he learned to drink water on his own and even a lot. As for what some people write about it dripping a little, I noticed and saw that it only drips when a "valve," let's call it, on the inside of the lid comes off. So I keep an eye on it and fasten it when my little one throws the cup down. I have two negatives to mention: 1) the "teeth" on the lid broke very quickly with a few tumbles of the cup, which is not the best in terms of hygiene. 2) the bristles on the accompanying brush for cleaning the straw wore out very quickly. Now it has caught dirt inside, so we will get the same cup again without thinking.
Unfortunately, from the first day we used it, it runs backwards when turned. I bought it because we use the rest of the series and they are very good. Unfortunately, not this one
My son simply loves it. Since we got it, he doesn't want to use any other of the 3 different ones I have for him... We have had it for 8 months now. I would definitely like there to be spare tips for it, hence the 4 stars.
Easy to use and clean. It doesn't leak as long as it is closed properly, even if it is turned upside down.
My child drinks water and juice, but refuses to drink his milk in this. Maybe it's because he finds resistance in the straw and doesn't have patience when he's hungry
Don't buy it.
I bought 2 pieces because they seemed nice, but the children (2 and 5 years old) can't easily suck on them and they gave up
Excellent!!! I bought the product about two months ago! Both my daughter and my son, 3 years old and 18 months old respectively, have been drinking more water since we got the cups! It is easy to clean and the straw cleans effectively with the brush! I am very satisfied! Just be careful with the valve closure to avoid leaks!!!
It is a very good cup, although it is difficult to suck enough at the beginning! The baby, at 12 months old, drinks water and juice on its own! Indeed, a straw is needed as a replacement, the only negative thing I find.
We have it for a week and I highly recommend it!
At first, the straw requires a little effort because it's difficult to suck (I tried it myself), but within two days it drinks very easily, pleasantly, and most importantly, BY ITSELF!! I chase him to drink more, but at least he holds it himself and not me...
He is 14 months old and it is the only one that works as a cup, because the little one doesn't lift the regular cups high enough and chews on the rim instead of drinking...
Although the cup is excellent and user-friendly for children (mine is 2 years old), I was informed by the store where I purchased it that there are no replacement straws (you know that children "eat" the straw and it gets worn out or needs to be replaced after a certain period of time) and as they wrote to me, if needed, a new cup must be purchased: "unfortunately, the representative in Greece does not supply individual straws as replacements - at least not yet - so we cannot find separate straws apart from the same product."
ADDITION: After contacting the parent company in America, I am lowering the rating even more as their response was: unfortunately, we do not have replacements available for our Munchkin Cups in Europe. The cups will undergo some wear and tear over time and will need to be replaced with new ones.
