    This specific cast iron casserole dish is very good, it reminds me every time I cook of the food my grandmother used to make in the village. It goes in the kitchen oven and on Sundays when I have company, it goes in the fireplace. A very nice feature it has is that the lid can be used as a frying pan. The cooking is very good. I highly recommend it!!!
