Good image during the day, average at night, notifications are just fine and immediate either from the camera or from the door or window contact, the latter even shows you if it remains open. I have connected it to a Hikvision recorder and it records continuously, I haven't dealt with micro SD recording at all, you just need to see the alarm notification photos in addition to recording

The box comes with instructions in Greek, a base & screws, as well as a power supply with a cable length of 3+ meters, which is important for anyone who wants to place it in a location that is not close to an outlet.

The software installation, either in a Windows environment (ezviz studio) or on a smartphone (download ezviz from the play store), is very easy, especially for those who have experience with hikvision products. It guides even beginners in the corresponding settings on well-known Android brands (Huawei, Xiaomi, Samsung) if they don't want the application to ever stop running in the background.

The image quality is very good in daylight, moderate to good in darkness and for distances of 10-15 meters (with the infrared light activated from the options).
Recording on a microSD card can be set either continuously or when activity is detected (it has 6 levels of motion sensitivity, but even in the lowest option, it is likely to record).
The notifications work perfectly, with the ability to choose which days/hours they appear.
Ability to record with or without sound.
"Smart mask" option where it covers the lens if desired for a certain moment.
Easy manipulation of image tilt, flip option for reversal, and zoom capability.
The delay from the real image is very small, a difference of 1-2 seconds.
I would also add that it is a beautiful device, although it doesn't play a significant role in choosing a camera.

Limitation regarding live view from the desktop application: if the camera is not on the same network as the computer, after 5 minutes of viewing, a disconnect message appears, where you have 6 seconds to press for refresh, otherwise it disconnects you.

The price has increased, 75-80€ (02/02/2020), I had found it at a better price a few months ago.
Overall, I would recommend it.
