Wonderful fairy tale, with beautiful illustrations and rich vocabulary, teaches the value of generosity and the avoidance of greed. Definitely worth having. It is aimed at children over three years old, I believe, in order to understand some concepts.

It conveys very nice messages and even our little friends understand that true happiness is not hidden in material goods. As for the illustrations... there are no words. I don't believe there is another book with such rich and detailed illustrations. It has rightfully been awarded. A great choice for your little ones, but also as a gift that will stay in a children's library!
