The packaging is unacceptable... because the spatula that is integrated into the lid touches the skin and goes back inside! It should have been a small nozzle so that drops come out and the retinol doesn't come into contact with anything! The instructions said to apply it directly to the skin with the spatula or touch the spatula to take the product and apply it to the eye area! And the result is that it smells like the retinol has gone bad and I paid 28 euros for it, expecting it to last a few months. I still have half of the quantity left but it got dirty... it's a shame because I had a high opinion of the company. I messaged them and let's see what they will reply

It does what it promises, it's perfect, but it bothers my eyes... it stings, it makes my eyes dry and blurry vision... I use a small amount and place it correctly as my beautician told me... but I have sensitivity... however, apart from that... excellent product.
