After 6 months it starts showing: charging error and freezes without doing anything else. It only unfreezes if you remove the battery.

Purchased for an elderly person and it delivers everything it promises as a simple communication device. It has been very helpful with the large easy-to-read numbers and the SOS feature. Overall, it is a worthwhile purchase so far.

Easy menu, powerful speaker, clear screen. The booklet with the instructions is complete and in Greek. Large buttons, accepts 2 Sim cards, and the fact that it has only 2 buttons 'call start/end' is INCREDIBLY convenient for the elderly so they don't get confused with dozens of buttons that they accidentally press while trying to make or end a call. I can't imagine anything better for its price.
