I have had it for 4 months now. I had the previous brushed model before 2015. That one was perfect, this one is even better. The narrow neck of it is incredibly convenient. It's worth it a thousand times!

A useful piece of information for someone without previous experience with such tools is that it definitely requires a 4-5Ah battery to say that it is sufficient for regular work. For anyone who needs cutting and grinding tasks that take time, they should go directly for a corded tool.

I bought the DEWALT DCG405N EL 18V XR Brushless 125mm Angle Grinder Naked. I have had it for 1 month now. Very powerful wheel, relatively heavy, but it's something you get used to. A little disappointed with the battery life (5AH each), for me each battery lasts half an hour of continuous work. That is, I prepare the job and put the battery, for example, at 9 and start cutting. At 9:30 it stops cutting (the battery is completely drained), so I put the second battery and cut until 10 when it stops cutting because the second battery is also drained. If you have a power outlet nearby, you can charge the first one. It takes almost half an hour to charge each battery. Also, while the batteries have a built-in indicator for whether they are charged or how much energy they have left, this indicator does not work. So at first, I didn't know how much energy they had left. Similarly, during charging, I understand that the battery is charged because the charger's light stops blinking.
Otherwise, it is a very powerful tool, but if you are going to work without a power source nearby, you will need to adjust your work process so that you don't run out of wheels.
I decided to buy a battery-powered wheel, so that I can have the convenience of having it with me everywhere without the hassle of cables "searching for a socket, unraveling an extension cord". Guys, while I had the Dewalt dcg412 battery wheel, I bought another one. The new wheel with brushless technology is better in everything. What I like most is the battery life compared to the old technology. With the same 5ah battery, the new wheel lasts twice as long and more, while the difference in power is noticeable. But I will say it again, the battery wheel definitely cannot replace the power wheel. I use the battery one where I don't have the ability to use electricity.
