  I used it to stick the bar of the photo, which is quite heavy (solid). I only applied it to the points shown in yellow in the photo, as they are the only points that touch the door. It says it takes 5 seconds to stick well. As soon as it touched the door, in fractions of a second, I tried to pull it to move it a few millimeters, but it was as if it was a column made of concrete. I have never seen such a strong adhesive in general, let alone double-sided.
