The book presents the possibilities of Isokinetics, attempting to cover the lack of a complete manual describing the method and its applications in the Greek language. The use of Isokinetics, either in ergodynamic control or in the restoration process, is a useful tool in the hands of the therapist as well as any scientist-specialist.

Its chapters include elements of Isokinetics terminology, Isokinetic Dynamometry methods, and the process of Isokinetic Exercise - Restoration. Specifically, it refers to the physiological, biomechanical, and structural properties of muscles, their muscular activation, elements of physiology and physical mechanics, isokinetic exercise, the process of isokinetic control, isokinetic exercise, and finally the isokinetic exercise and dynamometry of the extensor/flexor muscles of the knee.

The purpose of the book is to stimulate the scientist to approach the subject having understood the terms and the relevant methodology.
