    I have the straightener since 2015, it is like new and it hasn't had any issues. I use it every day, sometimes even twice a day. It is very good and effective. It straightens the hair very well and makes beautiful curls with great ease. I have straight hair with slight frizz and breakage. Its major flaw is that it takes a long time to charge. It takes more than 5 minutes.

    Very good iron, but the cable broke twice. It says it is rotatable, but within 2 months of purchasing it, it broke twice inside, as if a cable came loose. Something is probably wrong with this part of the device. If it gets fixed, it will be great. But the cable is a big drawback

It straightens relatively quickly but has one negative point: as the plates close and you gently pull the press downwards, it tends to snag and hurt the hair in almost all positions and angles. In other words, it does not glide smoothly over the hair without resistance. I have been using a press for several years and this has never happened to me before.
