After really quite a bit of research, comparisons for the quality of construction and quality of the result at this price always .. I ended up with this machine.! The machine really makes amazing coffee. Personally, I am very curious about the coffee I drink and demanding. I have been buying coffee for years from a coffee shop 'considered the best in town' that makes their own blends, etc. now I buy this particular coffee beans for home. The machine with the necessary adjustments in grinding, weighing, etc.. and a little love during the process produces better overall coffee than what I used to drink daily outside.

- Let's move on to the negatives now..
The only negatives I have to say about the machine is that due to my inexperience, maybe at first I struggled with it and since then when it presses at maximum for extraction it makes a noise as if it is struggling and I would say some creaking.
Another thing that had occurred was that it would stop the extraction at 5sec no matter what I did. On its own.. At any setting.. (this is a problem looking on google that many sage espresso machine owners have experienced). It fixed itself for now.
I mention all these, because there is no representative or service in Greece. So if something happens to the machine, it goes back abroad. Confusion.

I come back with a new comment.. The machine finally stopped making coffee possibly due to the problems I wrote in my first review. It was sent back to the store where I bought it and they in turn to the sage service abroad. I was without a machine for about 3 months until they checked it.. Eventually they replaced the machine.

After 8 months of use, I have the best impression of this particular machine.
It heats up in a few seconds from activation, and if you experiment with the various settings it offers and use high-quality coffee beans, the result it gives is comparable to a very good coffee from a store!
Its price is not low, but it literally worth every euro it costs based on construction quality and results!

It's worth every euro.. if you know how to use it, you won't drink from any other café. The main difference with the barista express is only the LED screen and the fact that in 3 seconds you have hot water as it has a different resistance. It takes some experimentation with the amount of coffee to grind and the amount to be cut, especially at the beginning and if you constantly change blends. If you're too lazy to deal with such things, just get a capsule machine but you'll lose quality.
