The work includes all the provisions of the basic legislation applicable to "Narcotics", namely those of Law 4139/2013 on addictive substances, as amended by Law 461/2019, the remaining provisions of Law 3459/2006 (Articles 1 para. 2, 58 and 61 of the Code of Laws on Narcotics), the provisions of Presidential Decree 148/2007 (Codification of the provisions of regulatory decrees and ministerial decisions of national legislation on narcotics), as well as the Tables of Article 1 para. 2 of Law 3459/2006, which are updated until the publication of this (last amendment with Government Gazette B' 2711/2.7.2019).

The added value of the work is the introductory remarks of Professor Christos Mylonopoulos, in which the legislative framework established by Law 4139/2013 is briefly and critically developed.

The work is supplemented by the Explanatory Report of Law 4139/2013, detailed contents, as well as a user-friendly alphabetical index.
