Coming from a nordcap citizen 2, I am absolutely satisfied with this one.
1. It keeps the waist warm for 3/4 of the time.
2. It has been tested in cold temperatures of 5-6 degrees for 30 kilometers in the morning hours, along with the rest of the equipment, and it really keeps you warm.
3. I got the blue color and it doesn't look like a motorcycle jacket.
4. It keeps the neck warm due to the material.
The two negative aspects that I have noticed are:
1) The two large pockets are vertical, so you can't comfortably put your hands inside.
2) The material on the back is thin, so if you sit somewhere outside, the wind hits you a bit more strongly (compared to the front). However, it doesn't affect you at all when you are on the motorcycle and riding.
Guys, AMAZING JACKET. Tested in temperatures up to 0 degrees and nothing gets through. Mainly intended for a scooter or small motorcycle (e.g. 500cc) and for urban-suburban commuting (the wind might bother you above 130 km/h). The only negative is that it doesn't have side pockets for your hands, but vertical ones with zippers, nevertheless it's something you get used to. It has many pockets and nothing gets through in the rain (but it gets wet on the outside). I would highly recommend it.
Excellent in all aspects. It was worth its money. Quite good even in the cold. I have worn it in heavy rain twice and it was perfect. I have been using it for about 6 months now.
I wear it daily since late November for everyday commuting within Attica (~40km). The inner lining is removable and you can wear it plain in autumn/spring. The hood is also removable. It has an extra removable lining on the neck that cuts quite a bit and it is not necessary to wear a scarf. It has several practical pockets so you don't have to open the zipper for wallet, phone, etc. The 2 lower external pockets are not very practical because they fasten well to be waterproof, which makes them inconvenient for everyday quick use. I haven't experienced heavy rain, so I can't say anything about that. For the cold, I would say it is satisfactorily warm even when the temperature approaches 0. The protective elbow and shoulder pads are made of soft plastic and it does not come with a back protector. It is difficult for someone to realize that it is a motorcycle jacket.
