Every time I used it (mainly for herbs), it was fast and quiet. Of course, I need to try it with other fruits and vegetables and mainly meat to make sure about my review.

If you unplug it loses the time you have set. So in a power outage you lose the time it has been running until the power outage. So you probably need to use a separate battery timer or mechanical one to not lose the drying times. Three stars for the reason that it loses time if there is a power outage. Otherwise it works well I would say

Practical and effective. Minus one star because the drying is not uniform, the fruits on the middle shelves dry less than the others.

I used it many times for 3 months. I put apples at 70 degrees Celsius for 24 hours and they turned out perfectly crispy like chips. My daughter wanted them softer, so I put them at 50 degrees Celsius for 20 hours. That's how she wanted them. Perfect dehydrator, well done.
