My telescopic handle broke within a year and the final piece of my vacuum cleaner broke within 6 months and they replaced it under warranty, but after 1 year it broke again. I will not buy this brand again. As a vacuum cleaner, it is not bad but the handle and the pedal do not have good quality.
It cleans very well all surfaces, it is a very good vacuum cleaner, but after 4 months of use, the intensity button got stuck, it neither decreases nor increases, even though I take care of it like all my devices, it has disappointed me in this aspect
