I used it for 4 days on a trip to Germany (the roads have no potholes anywhere) with Xiaomi 11. With cloudy weather, the suction cup fell in 40 minutes. I put it in a ford fiesta and it barely fits in the steep slope of the windshield. The device fell off twice and I had to tilt it to keep it in place.

Conclusion: no value for money. In Greece, with the roads we have and the sun, I wouldn't trust the suction cup for even 30 minutes and many phone falls

  I had it for 3 years, never dropped my phone, had no issues with the grip, and the 3 times I removed it to change its position, it stuck back perfectly. I had it on the windshield, so I don't know if it's good for the dashboard. It had minimal shaking, only without the phone falling.

  It broke because its time came when, after 3 summers without protecting it from the sun, the suction cup adhesive failed and I found it fallen. If I had protected it with external sun protection during the summers, I believe I would still have it.

  I didn't realize it is still available in the market to buy it again, so I bought the following one from the same company, which will show if it will be equally good:

  I read the negative comments about the base and I wonder a little, to be honest. I have had the base for about a year and I am very satisfied. I bought it last year for around €13. It has definitely paid for itself, in my opinion. The suction cup has never come off my car dashboard. The middle arm that adjusts the height started acting up about 2 months ago, so when you attach the phone, it no longer holds its weight and lowers. Luckily, the way I initially positioned it helps, and even with the lowering, the phone remains upright because it rests on the dashboard. The phone has only come off the base twice and fell inside the car, but this happened after 9 months of use. I consider it a value for money choice. I would buy it again in the future if I didn't want to move to something more expensive.

  I had it for about 2 months. Now with the heat, the plastic melted and the spring that was there for one side hook simply popped out, resulting in the mobile not being able to be supported anymore. It is very thick and without curved suction cup, which did not stick, not only to the car dashboard but not even to the window! This happened from the first day of installation!   EDIT: The base is very good for its price, but not for the Greek summer. Obviously, the plastic parts cannot withstand as they broke the hooks that hold the spring. (After one broke, I managed to secure the spring with a makeshift fix, but it broke again the next day, along with the other one). Obviously, it has not been tested for Greek summer temperatures.

  For its price, it is very good. Regarding the stability mentioned by others, the more you extend the arm, the more the base wobbles. In general, it is not meant to have your phone very close to you (it is not like a windshield suction cup).
