Unfortunately, my personal experience with this product is not good and I will explain my case below.
Having an active toddler (almost 3 years old) who always woke up an average of 3-4 times at night for various reasons, I relied on this product to help him sleep better... or at least to increase his "deep" sleep a little, as he generally has very light sleep.
In consultation with the pediatrician, I bought this syrup after seeing key words such as melatonin and valerian. After a week of using it every night, I didn't see any improvement at all, if anything, I think his nighttime urination even increased a bit. Perhaps the only thing that slightly improved (as mentioned in another comment) was his drowsiness. He did seem more willing to go to bed at night, but that's about it. Unfortunately, nothing else changed. Therefore, I will stop using it for now and we'll see...
P.S. The reason I didn't give it 1 star and gave it 2 stars instead is solely because of the slight increase in drowsiness at night, as I didn't see the slightest improvement anywhere else.
