The fifth edition of the work "Constitution" became necessary due to the publication of Resolution of the 3rd Revisionary Parliament of the Greeks on 25.11.2019 (Government Gazette A' 187/28.11.2019). Also, a new modification was made to the Rules of the Parliament (Parliamentary Part) by the decision of the Plenary of the Parliament on 14.11.2019 (Government Gazette A' 179/14.11.2019).

In this Collection, in addition to the provisions of the current Constitution and the Parliamentary Part of the Rules of the Parliament that regulate its organization and operation, the full text of the ECHR and its additional protocols is included. In addition, the work includes the provisions of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and the provisions of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ratified by Law 2462/1997) adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations.
