    My wife has irritable bowel syndrome and she uses it regularly. From what she tells me, it helps her. She combines it with Lacto Levure and she is satisfied. Anyone who knows about this syndrome knows how important it is to find something that helps. Another (additional) solution is natural kefir. Not the imitation they sell in the supermarket, but real cultivation.
