Oat fiber is the ideal ingredient for baking without carbohydrates. It is used in baking as a substitute for flour and is usually combined with other low-carbohydrate flours while having the ability to absorb liquids to a great extent.
A particular characteristic of it is that it also helps with constipation.

For those who have been disappointed, let's say that in no case does it replace flour. It is oat bran, it does not contain gluten, so it does not "bind" like flours. It does not contain carbohydrates, its calories are not absorbed. The product is fine, just when we don't know what we are getting, we get disappointed and unfairly give a bad review.
Experimenting with a low-carb diet, I have tried several products, flours, and Fibers. Basically, it's good, but I can't get used to it. It has the classic taste of oats (something that is lost in another similar product), but my problem is that it's not like the other "flours" made from Fibers (e.g., bamboo, wheat, another company with oat fibers), and in the preparations, you can feel the grains. Unlike the others, it leaves something like a crunchy texture... I will try it for breading, maybe it's worth more there. Because as a filling in pies, doughs, and desserts, it doesn't seem to absorb... Personal opinion always, and maybe I'm doing something wrong. If any user has managed to make it work in some recipes, please share your insights.
I use it in my recipes to lose weight. I really like it. I consider it a very good product.
Bad taste, dark color. Initially, I had tried the zero-carb version of it. Okay, I won't even discuss it, it's like eating dirt. It ruined my cheese pie. I bought this for its price, but it's a waste of money. Get the other one.
