The most honest thing I have used for its price has provided everything: battery life, clear music, bass, microphone, waterproof—everything you need. I highly recommend it! ?♂️
It is very powerful for its size, the size of a small beer can. Quality construction. The battery lasts only 2 hours when playing at full volume, so always carry a power bank.
Very good speaker. A commendable effort from Creative to deliver good sound from such a small speaker. For its price, you will get a powerful little speaker for home or balcony with volume 1 click above the Chinese ones and decent sound quality that doesn't remind you of a bucket. Its bass is sufficient. When you increase the volume, it slightly reduces it to avoid distortion. It also has aux in and can be paired for stereo sound. 1 star down because the Muvo 2c had better sound and bass and was also a USB PC speaker which this one doesn't have. But unfortunately, they discontinued it.
Relatively affordable option, the sound is quite clear until just before maximum volume. (It's best not to turn it up to the maximum as it distorts)
The 10 watts are sufficient for listening at a distance of 2 or 3 meters.... if you have it hanging on the beach umbrella, it is satisfactory, I think.... I will know about the battery life in the next few days.
Very disappointed with this speaker. It's been a year since I bought it and at first I was excited. It has some very strong points for its price, such as a fairly clear sound, good bass, and overall produces a full sound. I have noticed that the type of device you connect it to also plays a role. When I connect it to my iPhone, it gives me the impression that it produces a clearer sound compared to a Xiaomi device, where the sound seems a bit muffled. I have also noticed that connectivity with iOS devices is very easy, while with my Xiaomi device I struggle every time to connect it, Bluetooth takes longer to connect while on the iPhone it connects straight away. Apart from the connectivity with devices, which I think you won't face any particular problems despite the above, the biggest problem I believe one will face later on with the use of the speaker. After about 6 months of use, I noticed that the speaker tended to turn off by itself during music playback. It would just shut down randomly. At first it was sporadic, but now it does it constantly and it's quite annoying. It constantly needs to be on charge to avoid this, and I think it's a shame because its purpose is to be a wireless speaker. I consider this to be the biggest negative and it's something to consider before buying this particular speaker. Reading some reviews, I noticed that other people were facing the exact same problem.
Since I may have confused you
POSITIVES
- satisfactory sound for its size
- very good quality sound, very clear
- full bass
- Waterproof, you can take it in the bathroom without fear
- Easy connectivity with iOS devices
NEGATIVES
- slightly more difficult connectivity that I personally faced with a Xiaomi device compared to iOS
- the sound could be a bit louder
- after some time of use, it started turning off by itself randomly during music playback, very annoying, needs to be constantly plugged in to avoid this, defeats the whole purpose of having a Bluetooth speaker
That's it :)
Perhaps with a little more money you can find something much better.
I have it for 2 days, I am very satisfied, it has clear sound and nice bass, it seems to be well-built, it could cost less money. I would recommend it!
Clean, powerful sound with good bass.
The multipair feature with 2 devices is very good.
Very reliable and well-built.
Especially for the price. With 25-30 euros, it's one of the best value for money options.
I have purchased two because they are among the few models that can be connected together (stereo) and connected to devices. I use them as computer speakers and of course you can take them wherever you want. Tested waterproof, range of ten meters and amazing sound. Bass is not a priority for me so I am fully satisfied (without meaning that it is bad). The battery lasts for a comfortable 7 hours of use and more, while they turn off by themselves when there is no sound playing on the computer after about an hour. Worth it
Guys, it's a lot of fun. It has the size of a small beer, maybe a little thicker, and it produces good sound for a group of 5-6 people! It has nice mid-range and especially if you place it with the bass towards the floor, it takes off. The battery easily lasts for 7 hours of playback and it is definitely waterproof! However, it lacks quite a bit in bass compared to JBL and its speakers are louder in a specific position. Its microphone is very weak and you have to hold it in your hand to answer calls so that they can hear you.
I have had it for 6 years, it never got stuck, I connect it to my laptop, I put it in the car, in an outdoor space, in the yard, etc.
Small and lightweight for traveling. The first 5 years it lasted for many days without charging with reasonable use on a laptop. Now maybe it needs charging every two days and it's cheap (30 € is good). The sound intensity is good to very good (if you turn it up) for an apartment building, beyond that if you are in the countryside and in a detached house where you don't bother anyone, there is a bigger one called Ultimate Wonderboom 3 but they raised the price from 55 € to 90 € but it's worth every euro, bigger in volume than the creative one but you can have a concert in an outdoor space if you're lucky.
I can't say that I was satisfied with the purchase. Firstly, there is no application. The supposed "sound blaster" is not only highly problematic, but it also cannot work on a regular modern smartphone (it displays a message that it requires an older version of Android).. ridiculous.
Secondly, the "user manual" is highly ineffective. We spent half an hour trying to connect the Stereo Link. Then, we tried on different days, etc. We couldn't understand the Stereo Wireless Link from the two tiny diagrams that had no verbal explanation at all. We had to Google it and find the official page, where we finally found a simple paragraph that explained what we needed to do. If this paragraph had been included in the "user manual" inside the product (instead of just two tiny diagrams), it would have been very helpful.
Thirdly, the most important thing of all. The sound is nothing like another brand's (JBL) which is crystal clear, with this sound that comes out loud but has a "muffled" quality. Honestly, with the cost of 45 euros, I should have bought a JBL instead of spending 65 euros for the two Creative Muvo Play speakers. I compared the exact same piece, in the exact same space. The sound of the JBL is far superior... the sound of the Muvo Play is much more "muffled". However, I am very satisfied with the volume. From now on, I will not buy Creative again. This "muffled" quality is tiresome.
It is a value-for-money speaker that will provide you with good sound for both indoor and outdoor situations, within reasonable limits. In other words, you can listen to music quite loudly without it being considered a party! If you want a louder sound, you should go for 30 watts and above. Overall, it is a good and honest purchase!
After 2 full months of use, I rate it as excellent for its price. Good sound, very decent bass, never had any disconnects. I would easily get a second one
Relatively good speaker, but with one main problem for me. During sudden increases in volume (peaks), the speaker completely shuts off and requires opening and reconnecting with the source. I don't know if it only happens with mine, but in combination with its relatively "low" sound, it makes the whole experience problematic.
Once again, I decided not to spend 90€ to buy JBL and instead I spent 32€ to buy the Creative. Very good sound without distortions, good battery life, enough volume for a small speaker, but... I would prefer to spend the 90€ to buy JBL and enjoy the bass. In the end, it's worth paying extra for certain things
First of all, No speaker of this size or even larger will play for 10 hours at maximum volume, obviously it will shut down after 3 hours. I say this because I read some irrelevant comments...
Secondly, for the 30 euros you pay, it is the most honest thing you will find on the market. I have had it for 3 months and so far I am fully satisfied. It has surpassed a speaker I had bought earlier for twice the price... Thirdly, it is not for parties. It is for simple use, for relaxing with friends, in the car or at home... I haven't put it in water, so I don't know how waterproof it is... It easily connects to all Bluetooth devices and plays perfectly from Spotify or YouTube.
Some comments I read saying that it doesn't play for them or their phone has a problem, or maybe they happened to have a defective device? ?♀️
Very good speaker, it's worth it and more! For its price, it's perfect! Powerful sound, clear, no distortion at all! Its battery lasts for several hours (I also saw in a comment that it can still play when connected to the power outlet, so if you run out of battery and have an outlet, you have no problem). I haven't tested if it's waterproof, so I can't say anything about that. It connects easily with Bluetooth and even if you receive a phone call, you can hear the caller from the speaker.
Okay, there simply isn't a tremendous speaker for its size, the only thing that annoys me is that when the battery runs out, it gives a notification and in 10 seconds it turns off, it doesn't inform you earlier so you can prepare
Awesome speaker. And someone who has been involved in music and sound for many years speaks to you. The sound is incredible for its size. Very good channel separation. Not crazy loud. The bass is average, I would like something more. Overall, it will satisfy you and then some.
I bought the blue one then...
3 stars because I was disappointed...and it's a lot...
with full volume, the battery lasts less than 2 to 2.5 hours (tragic-scam) but the description says otherwise...also, to properly cover a 100sqm sound space, you need something more powerful!
If I were to buy again, I would save money for something with a better battery and even more powerful sound...clear words.
It's perfect. I had it outside the store and I was sweeping the sidewalk and it could be heard on the other side of the square. I will get a second one. A friend who had bought another well-known brand told me, "You're kidding, it's almost half as powerful as mine and it doesn't even come close. I will get one too." It's worth every euro and even though my phone is eight years old, it doesn't lag on YouTube or Spotify.
