As a diabetic, I preferred it as an "alternative" cereal, the equivalent carbohydrates do not apply to the packaging that is stated.
The use of insulin, as widely known, is based on simple mathematics to cover a meal, and in the case of this product, the mathematics based on what is stated on the packaging, DO NOT add up. As a result, the product contains more sugar and carbohydrates than stated, and I recommend caution to other diabetics like myself regarding its consumption as the product is not at all friendly to this specific category of consumers, while the company presents it as such...

Very nice chocolate flavor, you can tell what you're eating, not like the others that are just sugar, and this is definitely due to the high-quality ingredients! If they had the exact same shape as the rest in the market because some people might be put off by the fact that they have a difference, it would be a 10/10.
In taste and quality they are good, but I wouldn't call them cereals. The taste doesn't blend in with the milk, it's like eating different products, just together.
The worst cereals I have ever tried.
