  It gives you as a gift 2 M-Discs (DVDR+) to make your test recordings. Before making your test recordings, however, make sure it is receiving enough power. It has split cables, 1 usb data and 1 usb power. It is good to connect both, even better if the second one is connected to an external power supply (e.g. mobile phone charger).

  I got it to convert my approximately 1000 CDs with Apple Music. So far, I have transferred over 500 and there haven't been any issues. It is a bit flimsy (for example, when you close it, you can't hold it from the top because it bends and doesn't close properly, it's not meant for a DJ set), but it works great for ripping.
