  This specific power bank is one of the best I have purchased. It can charge a mobile phone from 5% to 100% at least 4 times. Specifically, I have the iPhone 11. If you want to charge it, it is good to leave it overnight as it takes about 6 hours with a 30W charger. I have tried it with a regular charger, but it is not worth it as it takes too many hours. Also, let me clarify some things about the ports.

  First and foremost, you cannot charge your phone from the type-c port.
  The power bank charges with micro-usb or type-c, and to charge your phone, you connect it to one of the usb a ports. If your phone or any other device is not charging, press the button on the sides once.
