I run on mountains and trails. As a shoe, it's worth its money, especially for trails when going downhill, it has very good contact with the ground, while also protecting the toes. At first, you need to loosen the laces a bit because the Teflon with the Gortex makes them very tight. It is also important to get half a size larger compared to other sports shoes.
