I will tell you the whole truth. I wear them every day for 10 hours at work for the past 4 months. The sound for teleconferencing, meaning speech, is impeccable, and people can hear you crystal clear. I wish the battery lasted 2 more hours, but since they charge quickly, it doesn't bother me. Now, on the negative side, they don't have good sound for music, but the quality is definitely not bad. On the street, if there is a lot of noise, they are not suitable for listening to music, you can't hear anything. For outdoor speech with noise, they are perfect. If they cause health problems? I believe so, as I have started to feel discomfort in my inner ears, and I am sure it's from the headphones. If you wear them constantly, you will have a very specific sensation, and I am sure it's because of the headphones. If it worsens, I will stop using them or reduce their usage. They are infinitely more comfortable than regular headphones. You forget that you are wearing them, they seem quite durable, and they don't fall off your head. There have been many times when I didn't even realize if I was wearing them or not, and I touched my head to make sure. And people don't notice that you are wearing them. I went for a haircut, and even though I had washed my hair, I realized that I was wearing them. They don't bother if you wear glasses. I don't know if they fit all head sizes or if they bother you in the back of the head and ears. If you lie down, they don't fit well. Sound always leaks, so if you turn up the volume, it can be heard. If you turn up the volume, it can be uncomfortable in the inner ears and may cause a problem.

Update:
After about 2 years, the microphone is not working properly, resulting in almost no sound when I speak on the phone. I don't know why this happened. I might consider buying them again, but they are a bit expensive.

I had reservations about this type of headphones, as they are not in-ear and intended for use during long runs. Fortunately, considering reviews for other similar headphones from the same company (these are a new model) and videos from runners who have been using them for a while, I was convinced and bought them. I do not regret the money I spent in any way. They were the most affordable option at €90. In one word, they are amazing.

- Slight pressure on the cheeks after 1 1/2 hours of running.
- Vibrations felt from the bass at maximum volume.
