The poetic composition titled "Poetry Finds You" belongs to the category of poetry books. In the nine sections that make up the work, the poet focuses on the points where life and poetry intersect: poetry meets the poet, even fleetingly, either passionately when confronted with the small or big, private or public events of his eventful life, or in the phase of reflection that comes with the passage of time. Thus, in the life assessment he attempts, Titos Patrikios persistently returns to the past and speaks about what marked him, sometimes in a confessional tone, sometimes with controlled emotion, and sometimes with a critical eye for painful actions and omissions.
In the final section, the implicit expectation of the poet for the definitive conquest of poetry is refuted, as it remains elusive in its continuous disguises, unfaithful to its promises, misleading, enigmatic:

it convinces you like an unfaithful lover that it belongs only to you (...)
it inflates your utopias until they burst like balloons (...)
it whispers secrets that you must unravel yourself (...)

And when in the end poetry decides to reward the poet for his dedication, then, in a paradoxical scheme, it "[r]eveals the truth to him, tells him clearly that it belongs to everyone." The conclusion of the poetic composition "Up there, poetry finds each one of us" retrospectively illuminates the work and reveals to us that poetry is not the privilege of the poet; poetry meets each one of us, it is everywhere, as long as you can recognize it. This heretical position constitutes the originality of "Poetry Finds You" as a poetic poem, or in other words: this is exactly the point where the self-proclaimed poet meets the biography of each individual, the point where poetic and political ethics intersect.
