The first time it came without the handle in the package but as soon as I called, it was replaced immediately. Very good customer service. As for the product, it comfortably fits two double cups, boils quickly, and makes nice foam. The only negative is that it has a fairly short cord, you need to have a socket nearby.

First time I buy an electric coffee pot and I will not do it again..! Unless I am doing something wrong...! First of all, prefer a metallic one... this one is plastic... Secondly, it is not detachable so you have to serve the coffee or whatever with the power cord attached...! Also, the cord is very short... be careful when washing it... and finally, to remove the handle you need something else, for example, a screwdriver to press a plastic part it has.!

Positives:
1. In almost a full briki, the coffee is made in about 4-5 minutes.
2. It makes good foam.
3. Easy to use.
4. Relatively cheap.Negatives:
1. There is no detachable base in the briki, it is all one piece! So, in order to wash it, you have to carry it with the cord.
2. I don't know if this applies to all electric briki, but this silicone ring between the heating plate and the plastic briki bothers me (photo).
3. The briki is plastic.
4. You can't make a single Greek coffee, it burns it.
