I and my girlfriend bought it in preparation for a trip to the Franco-Swiss border, where we encountered temperatures close to (often below) zero, with heavy rain and snowfall. The pants are incredibly comfortable, stretchy, completely (and I emphasize completely) waterproof, with excellent fabric quality and reinforcement at the knees. It has plenty of pockets, which close with zippers, and it is elastic at the waist, which is very helpful for outdoor excursions. As a photographer, I always wear it when visiting mountain peaks, rivers, waterfalls, and it keeps my head calm. Not a single drop of water has passed through the inside, making it a diamond of Pentagon for me.
