Long-lasting milk from Andechser Natur, in which pasteurization is carried out at a higher temperature than fresh milk. This processing reduces the nutritional value of the milk, but the goal is to extend its shelf life, which can reach up to 30 days. Once opened, it should be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
It is a product of certified organic farming, which means that the animal from which the milk originated has been fed with organic animal feed, i.e., food produced through natural cultivation, free from any kind of chemicals and pesticides.
