The farm of animals depicts in a simple way the problems of totalitarian regimes that gradually trample on every right and impose their own reality. The whole process of political transformation is described, from the initial hope for new power to doubts and finally corruption and authoritarianism.

A very well-written book by Orwell, with pleasant narration that flows effortlessly and a plot that becomes more and more complex and interesting. The allegory with the farm and the animals is intriguing and the choice of animals is not random, given the characteristics attributed to them. The book resembles "1984" due to their common theme.
