The Study of Public Administration is at the center of interest for many thinkers with different scientific orientations. It is mainly associated with the investigation of the problems presented by the Greek administrative reality and focuses on the efforts made to improve the organization, functioning, and staffing of public administration.

The subject of this work is the approach to the fundamental concepts of Public Administration and its personnel, in order to understand the relationship between them.

The second updated edition of this work was deemed necessary due to the many administrative reforms that have taken place in our country over the past five years. All the issues raised by the recent structural changes that have been made in the organization and functioning of public administration and its personnel are the subject of study in this edition.
