The instant water boiler DEX 18-27 + Remote Control from Clage has a maximum power of 27 kW and is suitable for home, vacation, or wherever you want to have instant and cost-effective hot water. It operates with electric current and is a three-phase model, requiring the existence of three-phase supply.

While a traditional water boiler heats a large amount of water consuming a lot of energy and time, the instant water boiler does not have a hot water storage tank and only heats the water that passes through it. Thus, in a short time, you have hot water only when you need it and only for the quantity you use at that moment. This makes it an economical solution, while also having a longer lifespan as there is no water tank, therefore no accumulation of salts in the resistance and other components.

As long as you have the faucet open, you will have hot water that is used as is, without mixing with cold water as in the traditional water boiler. Of course, a necessary condition for it to operate is that the pressure of the cold water inlet is not too low. In cases of lower input temperatures in winter and higher temperatures in summer, the performance may vary accordingly.

It is central and can be used either as the main option for heating the domestic water of your home or as a supplementary one. It can provide hot water throughout the house for your daily needs, provided that there are suitable pipes for the distribution of hot water. This may result in heat and energy losses due to distance.

It is equipped with a built-in digital display that shows you the temperature of the water and at the same time allows you to choose it yourself. The maximum temperature it can reach for hot water production is 70 °C, while the maximum water flow rate reaches up to 8 liters per minute.
Indicatively, 38-42 °C degrees are the standard for shower use.
