Very good, my 4-month-old baby easily grabs it and puts it in his mouth. He really likes the monkey face. We keep it in the fridge, so it's also frozen for more immediate relief. I think it's the only teething toy we'll need, while with our first child we had around 5 different ones because none of them were good enough.
