I have had it for almost a month and it seems quite durable.
From what it seems, cats don't like it, so from me it's a YES! ! !
I bought it for my SYM Citycom 300, it fits correctly in terms of dimensions and overall I was satisfied at first. I wanted it mainly for rain (so that I could wipe it with a cloth and then dry it where I am) but also for tearing caused by cats (and generally normal wear and tear over time). I sat on it normally because my seat is quite rough and I don't like my pants sticking to it.
Over time, it faded (which is the least of my concerns) but the worst part is that the strap was located on two bulges in the middle of the seat from the inside (those who have a SYM can open the seat to see). As a result, one side exceeded the bulges, leaving the upper part of the seat uncovered, and the other side was the opposite. Every time, I had to straighten it, adjust it (even if I tightened the strap tightly, it got worse afterwards), and every time I rode, I saw half of it unfolding in the wind because it didn't fit well. In the end, it tore at one point, which later became two. It lasted only 9 months. The photo of the disappointment is from today (I temporarily put a tape on it to hold it, but it didn't work). Obviously, it's not meant for sitting on, and over time, the material loosens and fades.
Unfortunately, after 3 months the belt broke and after 6 months the rubber loosened, so it’s going for disposal. 2 stars because it fit well on a Piaggio Beverly seat
Amazing quality as always from AGV and indeed waterproof. It comfortably fits the entire seat of my Kymco Xciting R 500i scooter
For the nmax 125, the medium size fit perfectly. Only time will tell how long it will last. The medium size of another brand was too tight and started to fall apart over time.
I have bought this twice, the first one faded in 3 months and tore in 6 months with minimal use and the machine in a case, meaning it was not even exposed to the sun or on the road hitting it. I thought I might have gotten a defective batch and bought it again, but the same thing happened with the second one, it faded and tore. It's a shame because it looks beautiful when you put it on, but the quality is very low. I'm not saying it should last for years, but it shouldn't be for the trash in three months without rough use.
Very satisfied with the product, only that with the shipping costs it reaches 15€ from the initial value of 10€.
I change my rating to TERRIBLE. After just 4 months, with the machine having some hours of sun but not all day, the fabric has become a faded gray and has deteriorated. At first, I thought it was tears from cats, but it is not. The fabric has simply melted where I sit and has many tears. Horrible product, stay away
I have changed 2 in a year and a half. The first one came off in less than a year and now the second one is the same.
It's great, I just received it, I put it on, it fits perfectly. For Vespa and Vespa-like scooters, the medium size fits perfectly, for mopeds, get the small size.
The most reliable saddle cover. I have changed it 3 times so far because the cats in the neighborhood tear it apart. It is very high-quality and convenient for the job I need it for.
Honda PCX 125 2022 Scooter and I wear size M.
I think it is the ideal one.
It seems honest. For 10 €, it serves its purpose! I got it mainly so that cats don't sit on it because I keep finding paw prints on the saddle! I hope it is durable over time. One downside I noticed is that it slips quite a bit. It’s not non-slip, of course, but it could have some resistance. I hope it lasts over time and with use because I intend to use it more for daily use in the summer to avoid wear on the saddle fabric. I will return with an update when the time comes.
Update: After a while of daily use, the fabric has somewhat settled and no longer slips. It faded from black to dark blue, and it tore in one spot. It has paid for itself and then some. I bought it again. Really, for 10 €, it’s the best.
Good value for money, but every 6 months with daily use on the saddle, you have to buy another one because it wears out from the sun
It is quite hard as a material, something that I believe will help prevent easy tearing. I got the XL size for my SYM gts 300i (2014) and it is borderline. It fits fine, but it needs a little adjustment each time to avoid gaps. I would have liked it to be a click bigger just so I don't have to make corrections from one side to the other. That's the only negative, but it doesn't take away any stars from it. Also, because I see it in the comments. Covers like this are not meant for sitting on them.
Excellent application, nice appearance, looks like quality material that will stand the test of time.
Very good value for the money!
I installed it on a Honda Forza 300 2019, size XL
For Beverly 2021, the size is Large.
With daily use for sun protection, it was destroyed in 3 months. Don't expect miracles, but for its price, it's okay, recommended.... It's only 10€!
The best saddle cover I have tried. It seems quite durable compared to others. I have put it on a Crypton X in medium size.
Updated 9/02/2024
The internal lining has started to fade, resulting in the loss of waterproofing and allowing some water to pass through in heavy rain. However, it holds up well against cats, scratches, etc. I don't see it wearing out anytime soon, but when it completely breaks, I will probably switch to a higher quality one.
It fits perfectly on a Peugeot satelis, despite the seat being a bit unconventional (half of it opens like a trunk and the other half is fixed). As for durability, time will tell. I read somewhere in a comment that it lasted a year for someone, and I'll be satisfied if it lasts that long considering the price.
Just today I put the new cover on my seat, size M, on Symphony SR 125. It fit very nicely, it is comfortable, I don't want it to be tight so it doesn't tear. I hope it will hold up over time and in the sun. The previous one (different brand) lasted 10 months. We will see.....
Update: 10-1-24
Unfortunately, it only lasted 6 months, it has opened everywhere. It's a shame and I liked it a lot.....
Very good saddle cover and truly waterproof, it is fastened under the saddle with a clip to prevent theft. It fit perfectly on my motorcycle, size L (sym symphony st 200)
Good quality cover that is easily placed and removed. The large size is perfect for the Beverly 300 for which I bought it. I highly recommend it in terms of quality and ease of use
Application on sym symfony 200ST 2017 size Large after the urging of an employee wrong number, medium is the right one for a perfect fit. On the first use, when I tried to do it, the seam from the strap that secures under the saddle was uprooted with zero pressure. Nevertheless, it does its job and I will probably take it for stitching and it will be okay afterwards, but from a new product and a company with a name, you don't expect such quality.
Edit 8/11/2023: after 6 months of summer use, the color has faded and it has easily dissolved with a visit from a cat. Overall, it does its job but it is made of very cheap material that can barely last you a year. I will prefer another one from the same company, slightly more expensive.
I have purchased the extra large cover for the x-max 300. The fit is quite good.
The lifespan it has is about one year.
If you wear it constantly on the seat.
It does its job just fine, moisture does not pass under the cover nor water.
For the money it costs, it's just fine
It fits well, but gives you the impression that it won't last long, maybe it's just me, but the two times it got wet, it did its job
Very good, it fits perfectly on the 2021 Beverly 300 (Large). However, it requires attention because the clip easily gets stuck, and now the strap has torn a little
I bought it for water, cats, dust for my Piaggio Medley when it is parked, and it seems fine to me.
Until yesterday, I used to buy covers for 6-7 euros that I would throw away after a short time because they would tear. This one, for 10 euros, seems to be super high-quality and durable, but time will tell. I bought the XL size and I have the Kymco Xciting S400 2020 with the seat that opens in the middle, and it seems to fit perfectly and be slightly larger than it should be, but without causing any discomfort. I don't know if the L size would have been exactly right, but I prefer not to stress about it and have it snugly fit, even if it wears out faster. It's okay if it has some air, it's not a big deal. I have put the strap under the seat, and every time I want to ride, I gather it in the middle so that I don't come into contact with it and sit on it (since cats sleep on my motorcycle). So, I don't need to put it on and take it off every time. I simply gather it and open it.
XLarge for Peugeot Metropolis. Fits perfectly on the seat. The logo is in the front. It has been a month, with only two light rain showers, and it hasn't let any water through. Because it hasn't been sat on yet. It sits on the adjacent one that doesn't have a cover. Very good purchase for its price.
It fits perfectly on the SYM symphony. I bought it to cover the seat when the bike is parked and it's OK.
The XL fits perfectly on the Kymco Xciting 300ri. I mainly got it for protection against cats since I don't leave it out in the rain
Quality good cover, I bought it to protect the saddle from the sun and cats. We are also waiting for the first rains to see what it does with water... For Beverly 2021, the large size is perfect.
