Quality product. Difficult foods do stick (crepes, pancakes) but for the rest it is very good
Good frying pan, heavy, it just needs the right temperature before cooking otherwise it sticks too much. The positives are that it doesn't have any harmful coating and that it is dishwasher safe.
So very good product, worth it and more. It is top-notch with top-quality construction. I have changed many pans away from aluminum for a period of time, nothing more than that. This is for a lifetime
