  AWESOME printer that can easily support a small law office!!! It is a bit bulky and elegant, beautiful and simple at the same time! Good build quality, good and sturdy plastics! Its installation is very easy, I would say laughable....even though I expected it to be more difficult and complicated for such a machine. It has a beautiful color touch screen that is fast and does not freeze, with nice graphics and lots of information that pops out from the bottom, making it easier to view from different angles. Now, in terms of printing performance: it is very fast in its prints with very good resolution and clarity in the documents, and with many tricks and capabilities that make printing a breeze!!!! The most important thing that saves you time and amazed me is the double-sided printing, front-back, you put a stack of documents and it scans and prints them on its own as you desire!!!!! It has two drawers for A4 paper, storing a whole pallet of paper by dividing it into the drawers. The only negative thing I saw and bothered me excessively is the expensive (in my opinion) ink cartridges.....There is a package that costs around 90€ for a set of 4 and around 135€ for a set of 4 XL....If you think that I bought the printer from COSMOTE for 300€ and the ink cartridges cost half the value of the printer, it is clear that companies make a profit from the ink cartridges!!!! And of course, in such an expensive and good machine, I don't use cheap or refilled cartridges, only the original ink cartridges to keep my mind at ease for future damages or issues with the print heads, etc. You need to download some applications on your mobile phone to easily print via wifi. As for the free ink cartridges, I haven't dealt with them yet. Awesome machine, many features that save you time and very good and fast prints. It is worth every penny, even the last euro!!!

  Years ago, due to problematic coexistence with an officejet, I had decided to end my relationship with this particular company. Since a specific model from another company that I was waiting for was out of stock, I reluctantly decided to proceed with the purchase of this one. THANKFULLY, the machine is flawless. Easy connection, fast printing, access from anywhere for printing, scanning, double-sided printing, automatic document feeder, print quality. I also signed up for instant ink with a 6-month gift (700 pages per month) and they immediately sent me a package of ink. All of this through the HP smart app. Additionally, upon sending my purchase receipt, they refunded me €25.00 to my bank account. Completely satisfied. Time will tell its durability.

  I bought it on 08/02/2022, today is 22/07/2022.
  It's been 5 months and so far I have had a bad experience.
  There are many problems.
  Firstly, the connectivity via USB, Ethernet, WiFi, and Mobile constantly have issues.
  It does not allow you to have it connected with more than 1 different connection, e.g. USB and WiFi or Ethernet and WiFi, or any other combination.
  Also, every time the machine or computer or tablet or mobile restarts, it loses the settings and I have to set them again.
  Another problem is the HP Instant Ink service because they claimed it is a service with free ink for 6 months and an additional 1-year warranty, so I wanted to try it.
  I discovered that you have to be constantly connected to the internet to check what you have printed and what you haven't.
  If you are not connected to the internet, it displays error messages.
  Also, if you want to cancel the service, it displays server error messages and does not allow you to cancel the service.
  If you manage to cancel the service and your ink cartridges are full, you cannot use them and you have to buy new ones.
  Also, if you delay in canceling the service, it charges your declared Credit or Debit Card.
  The applications do not work correctly, neither on the computer nor on the tablet nor on the mobile.
  The HP Smart application often does not detect the all-in-one printer, and when it does, it does not always allow you to print or scan.
  Overall, I have a very bad experience.
  I want to sell it in the next 5-6 months and buy another model.
  Please try to find another all-in-one printer that does not have so many issues.
  If you know of a machine around €400 that has all the capabilities of this model and does not have any problems, please let me know so I can buy it too.
