The work "Proceedings on European Union Law" is a concise collection of cases inspired by the jurisprudence of the EU Courts.

The aim is to train students in formulating persuasive and well-documented answers to reasonable extent. The topics cover a significant part of the General Part of EU Law, as well as certain issues of fundamental freedoms and the functioning of competition in the internal market. 

It is primarily aimed at law school students, while serving as a useful aid for candidates in the National School of Judges and the Legal Council of the state, as well as for young lawyers especially in the context of their professional engagement.
