The vest is rubbish, the seams in some places ripped within a month and the Velcro no longer sticks. If I were to buy a vest again, I would choose something more expensive and of better quality. Do not choose this one.

Heavy:) It is more than enough for me, I think even if I had ten kilos, which is cheaper, it would still do the job, but it's fine.

Worst vest. If you have all the weight on it, it doesn't sit at all. After a short period of time, the pockets where the weights go started to loosen, the Velcro didn't stick, and after 3 months it eventually tore. Choose another product!

One drop is not enough for me, but the job gets done. It's not something amazing, but if you are tall, 1.95 meters and weigh 100+ kilos, it doesn't work

Quite good, although it may be a little annoying that the weight is half a kilogram and you have to put in and take out 40 small sandbags instead of single kilogram ones, which would be a little faster but okay. It does the job.

Very comfortable vest, convenient with the velcro located in the front for immediate release (unlike others that are located in the back), a great advantage is that it can hold up to 20 kg.

The disadvantages:
-> After 1 month, the velcro did not stick well and it was fixed by a tailor.
-> The weights (rarely of course) come out of their position when the body is horizontal for exercises like mountain climbers.

Impressive construction. It fits perfectly on the body, you don't even realize you're carrying weight (as the description says). Adding or removing weight is a matter of seconds. I have been using it for 3 days now and I am very satisfied. If you are a beginner in this type of training, I would suggest starting with 5-10 kilograms and adding 1-2 kilograms every week until you reach 20.

Edit: 4 months after almost daily use, I can say that it is "awesome"! It hasn't suffered the slightest damage, I would say that with this tool, you can make your body a gym, as bodyweight exercises become significantly more challenging to perform. Recommended exercises include squats, pull-ups, dips, sit-ups, planks, bridges, and hiking. With a little experience and imagination, one can perform a wide range of exercises.

Edit 14/8/20: Thank you very much for the positive vote on my review. Since I have written so many positive things, I just wanted to tell you not to overdo it with the vest because two years later I was diagnosed with scoliosis. My doctor told me that I had a predisposition, but the vest definitely aggravated the condition. So, use it in moderation!
