    While the first and last chapters are very powerful, at least for me, I was not impressed with their subject matter. The middle chapters, which make up the majority of the book, were uninteresting with a strong presence of self-help messages.

    It is worth reading if the subject matter resonates with you, but I found it to be overrated.
